~2-15.03 Charges. The following monthly charges are <br />hereby established for sewage services and sewer facilities <br />furnished by the City: <br /> <br /> a. Residential limit: $3.75 per month. <br /> <br /> b. Sleeping units without kitchen facilities: $2.Z0 <br /> per month. <br /> <br /> c. Offices and light commercial establishments, <br /> without cooking facilities~ bar facilities or <br /> heavy water usI~es: $3.75 per month. <br /> <br /> d. Commercial establishments with cooking facilities <br /> or similar facilities: $5.15 per month. <br /> <br /> e. Industrial and heavy commercial uses, including <br /> schools, laundries, laudromats, car wash units~ <br /> processing facilities, public institutions and <br /> similar uses; to be fixed by resolution of the <br /> City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance is adopted as an urgency measure <br />pursuant to Government Code ~36937, the facts constituting the <br />urgency are set forth in the recitals above. This ordinance <br />shall become effective immediately upon the conclusion of the <br />wage and price freeze initiated by the President of the United <br />States on June 13, 1973, or as soon as such charges may lawfully <br />be executed. <br /> <br /> Section 3- This ordinance shall be published once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper <br />of general circulation, published and circulated in the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on July 16, 1973. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
