ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF THE JDEDZ STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The constriction improvements consist of several public roadway improvements outlined in <br /> DSEIR/FSEIR(see these documents for more detail) and include the following: <br /> 1. Commerce Drive at Johnson Drive Signal (Mitigation 4.D-Ia) <br /> 2. Johnson Drive at Owens Drive(North) Signal (Mitigation 4.D-1b) <br /> 3. Johnson Drive at Stoneridge Drive Intersection -left turn (Mitigation 4.D-1c) <br /> 4. Stoneridge Drive and 1-680 On-ramp widening-Caltrans ROW (Mitigation 4.D-1d) <br /> 5. Johnson Drive widening(Mitigation 4.D-3) <br /> Improvement Nos. 3 and 4 above are partially within Caltrans ROW and will require Caltrans <br /> approval. The City has prepared exhibits, preliminary design and cost estimates to support <br /> development of a request letter for Caltrans to approve improvements within State right of way <br /> through the streamlined Permit Engineering Evaluation Report(PEER) process.
