Attachment 2 <br /> AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> This Amendment to Lease Agreement("Amendment") is entered into Ce.0041q 20 <br /> 2018 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society <br /> ("ALVHS") <br /> Whereas, on January 3, 2006, the City and ALVHS entered into a Lease Agreement for <br /> the ALVHS's use of 603 Main Street, which lease was extended on June 30, 2011 by the <br /> Amendment to Agreement(collectively the "Lease"); and <br /> Whereas, the parties desire to have the ALVHS continue to use the property for an <br /> additional five (5) years for the purposes set forth in the Lease. <br /> Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br /> acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> A. Section 2. Term of the Lease is extended to January 3, 2021. <br /> B.
