As you know, Hacienda expressed support for staffs <br /> work on this issue undertaken last year to make all-mode circulation improvements along Owens Drive. I have attached a <br /> copy of our letter for reference. We believe that the conclusions of the recent staff report that will be the subject of <br /> discussion at the upcoming City Council meeting are reasonable and appropriate, and further agree that no further <br /> modifications should be made to the area outside of the adaptive traffic control system discussed in the report; which <br /> system appears to have some promising characteristics that we agree warrant further consideration. <br /> We hope that you will likewise support the staffs conclusions and recommendations as we believe that they have been <br /> thoroughly researched, provide an appropriate response to the findings and correspond with our own observations of this <br /> area.
