I believe very few drivers will expect <br /> a three lanes drive would become an one line drive and then back to three lanes in one block. <br /> People have to suddenly change lane to react to the sign and this causes a lot of dangerous <br /> situations. <br /> The pedestrian is definitely not safer with so many confusing drivers in that area. <br /> Please bring back at least one lane on Owen drive east.
