SECTION 1: The City Council approves the request for water and sanitary sewer <br /> connection to the property at 622 Happy Valley Road, which connection(s) are <br /> conditioned on LAFCo approval, and authorizes the City Manager to execute the <br /> Preannexation Agreement with Kuldeep Singh/BAP Properties LLC. <br /> SECTION 2: The City Council directs staff to file an application with LAFCo for its <br /> consideration of an out-of-area service agreement for the City to provide water and/or <br /> sanitary sewer services to 622 Happy Valley Road after receipt of all requisite filing fees <br /> from Kuldeep Singh/BAP Properties LLC. <br /> SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on December 19, 2017. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the <br /> 19th day of December, 2017, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> are4Diaz, C <br /> Dated: /AO, <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Aar <br /> Daniel G.
