Where <br />practical, low wattage fluorescent or incandescent bulbs <br />may also be installed in associated service buildings, or for <br />security or pathway lighting. <br />• . During evening hours; park recreational activity lighting <br />shall be turned off when not necessary for recreational <br />purposes. <br />
