Resolution No. PC -2010-01 <br />Page Three <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-260, the application of Scott Murphy, Phoenix <br />Flooring Systems, Inc., for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a concrete <br />flooring contracting business at 1048 Serpentine Lane, Suite 308, in the <br />Valley Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
