13. Special Event Parking. Prior to a special event at the Ice Center, San Jose <br />Arena Management or management at the Ice Center shall secure overflow <br />parking and shuttle/bus arrangements to accommodate all overflow parking <br />demand. The arrangement shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />Director of Parks and Community Services. <br />14. Fencing. The City of Pleasanton may consider working with Zone 7 to replace <br />the existing chain link fence near the southern property line with a low, decorative <br />mesh fence or other such decorative barrier/fence which will enhance views of <br />the Arroyo Mocho from the site, yet continue to limit the movement of amphibian <br />species in/near the Arroyo Mocho onto the site. The design and location of the <br />barrier/fence shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of Parks <br />and Community Services. <br />15. Noise. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or leaf blowing between <br />the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. <br />16. Green Building. <br />a. The buildings shall be designed and constructed to accommodate future roof <br />mounted photovoltaic panels. Specifically, the roofs shall be engineered to <br />accommodate the additional load of photovoltaic panels, electrical conduit(s) <br />shall be installed from the roof/attic areas to each building's main electrical <br />panel, and a space shall be provided for the' electrical inverter. <br />b. Unused waste heat generated by the refrigeration system will be used to heat <br />domestic water, HVAC units and possibly dehumidify units, and/or to heat <br />snow melt coils in the room(s) where the ice resurface machine(s) are stored. <br />c. Photovoltaic panels, approximately 35 panels, shall be installed on the roof of <br />the Ice Center, as described in the Project Narrative. The panels shall be flat <br />mounted on the roof and shall be a black or blue or an equivalent color as <br />determined by the Director of Parks and Community Services. <br />d. Additional photovoltaic panels may be installed on the roof of the Ice Center <br />and/or the outdoor public restroom without additional Planning Division review <br />if the panels are flat mounted on the roof and are black, blue, or an equivalent <br />color. <br />17. Phasing. The development of the Community Park may be phased as provided <br />in the Development Agreement for the Community Park. <br />18. Commercial Cooking Areas. <br />a. Uses with commercial cooking facilities shall be equipped at all times with <br />filtering devices to minimize odors and fumes. Details of said devices shall be <br />shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be <br />fE:3 <br />
