8. The business shall comply with Chapter 9.04 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />(Noise Regulations). <br />9. The applicant shall contact the Building and Safety Division, Police, Fire, and <br />County Environmental Health Departments to determine all applicable <br />requirements for the proposed use. The structure must be made to conform to <br />all applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances for the proposed <br />use. <br />10. All building and other applicable City permits (including a business license) shall <br />be obtained prior to construction of any tenant improvements or operation of the <br />facility. <br />11. No signage is approved as part of this application.
