9. Interior noise levels shall be maintained at 45 dBA Leq or less. Acoustical <br />designs to achieve noise attenuation shall be demonstrated by the applicant in a <br />sufficient detail to the satisfaction of the Building and Safety Division. <br />Modifications to the interior space will require a permit from the Building and <br />Safety Division prior to business operations. <br />10. The applicant shall maintain the area in front of the tenant space in a clean and <br />orderly manner at all times. <br />11. The applicant shall submit a sign proposal to the City for review and approval <br />prior to sign installation. Any proposed signs shall conform to the Bernal Plaza <br />approved sign program or approval to modify the sign program shall be secured <br />from the City prior to the installation of signs. <br />{end) <br />6 <br />
