CONTINUING LIFE COMMUNITIES <br />1. The proposed development shall be in substantial conformance to the <br />Development Plans, Slope Planting Plan, Conceptual Color Palette, Green Point <br />Checklist, Project Narrative, Additional Parking Analysis, Transportation <br />Management Plan, Plan to Reduce Air Pollution from Stationary Sources, Tree <br />Report, Fencing Proposal by Existing Residents, Health Risk Assessment, dated <br />Received January 21, 2009, Exhibit B, and Addendum to the Written Narrative <br />Concerning Delivery Trucks, dated Received April 24, 2009, Exhibit B, and Noise <br />Study, dated May 4, 2009, Exhibit B, on file with the Planning Division, except as <br />modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed <br />subject to the approval of the Director of Community Development if found to be in <br />substantial conformance to the approved exhibits, Exhibits A and B, inclusive. <br />2. Permitted and Conditional Uses. The permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br />shall be as follows: <br />Permitted Uses <br />a. Assisted Living, skilled nursing, and related accessory uses including <br />restaurants, cafes, beauty shops, massage services, physical therapy, gift <br />shops, religious services, permanent sales office, and recreation activities <br />for the residents of the site. <br />b. Home occupations conducted in accord with the regulations prescribed in <br />Chapter 18.104, Home Occupations, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />c. Not more than two weaned household pets, excepting fish and caged birds, <br />per dwelling unit. <br />d. Accessory uses conducted in accord with the regulations prescribed for <br />permitted accessory uses in Chapter 18.36, RM Multi -Family Residential <br />Districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />e. Dry land hay farming is allowed on any parcel until occupancy of any <br />building on the PUD site. <br />Conditional Uses <br />f. Accessory uses conducted in accord with the regulations prescribed for <br />conditionally allowed accessory uses in Chapter 18.36, RM Multi -Family <br />Residential Districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />3 <br />
