Temporary Events and Uses <br />g. Temporary events, and temporary sales events related to an on-site <br />permitted use may be allowed, subject to the review and approval of the <br />Principal Planner. The event or sale may be for more than three days, <br />subject to the review and approval of the Principal Planner. Temporary Use <br />Permit approval shall be required for events and uses proposed for more <br />than three consecutive days. <br />h. Temporary on-site sales office. Temporary use permit approval shall be <br />required for the structure, site design, and use. The sales office may be <br />approved for more than a year. <br />3. Site Development Standards. <br />a. All future additions, site design changes, and new structures shall be <br />reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the purposes and <br />requirements of Chapter 18.68 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. All future <br />site design changes, landscaping changes, building additions, and new <br />buildings shall be subject to a PUD Modification process, except as <br />otherwise conditioned. <br />b. The exterior wall finish of the Health Center shall be stucco. The elevations <br />facing Stoneridge Drive shall have a smooth, troweled Santa Barbara finish. <br />c. Building windows shall be recessed as shown on page A1.3 of Exhibit B <br />with the following exceptions: <br />(i.) The windows on the north elevation of the Central Plant shall be <br />recessed. The plans shall be revised to address this requirement, prior <br />to the issuance of a building permit for the Central Plant. <br />(ii.) The windows on the Health Center which are located around the <br />special care courtyard shall be recessed. The plans shall be revised to <br />address this requirement, prior to the issuance of a building permit for <br />the Health Center. <br />All windows proposed and required to be recessed shall be recessed one to <br />two inches into the building wall. A section detail showing the proposed <br />window recess shall be submitted with the plans submitted for the issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />Additional windows may be recessed, if so desired by the applicant. <br />d. The roof tiles on the buildings shall be brown. <br />e. The colors and design of the wall tile treatment on the front elevation of the <br />Health Center shall be subject to the review and approval of the Principal <br />Planner, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />El <br />
