and the timing of the connections shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br />d. All public water and sewer lines loops on the PUD site shall be installed. All <br />necessary public water and sewer line loops shall be installed as <br />determined by the City Engineer. <br />e. All emergency vehicle access (EVA) connection points shall have a knox <br />box, as determined by the Fire Marshal. <br />f. An access easement shall be provided to Zone 7 and the City of Pleasanton <br />allowing for maintenance equipment to access the Arroyo Mocho. The <br />easement shall be located generally as shown on Exhibit B for Case <br />PUD -68 and shall be redesigned to be wide enough to accommodate the <br />largest pieces of maintenance equipment anticipated to be used in the <br />Arroyo Mocho. The applicant shall use Auto Turn or similar software <br />approved by the City Engineer to determine how wide the easement should <br />be. The final location, width, and design of the easement shall be subject <br />to the review and approval of Zone 7 and the City Engineer. <br />g. All street landscaping and public sidewalks required as part of the PUD. <br />8. Trash Enclosures. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within the <br />approved trash enclosure. The materials and color of the enclosure shall match <br />the building and the gates shall be corrugated metal or solid wood. The design of <br />the enclosure (all four sides) shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits. The design and location of the trash enclosures shall be subject <br />to the approval of the Director of Community Development and Fire Chief. Trash <br />containers shall be stored within the enclosure at all times, except when being <br />unloaded. <br />9. Mechanical Equipment, and Transformers. <br />a. The location of any pad mounted transformers shall be subject to approval <br />of the Planning and Engineering Divisions, prior to issuance of permits by <br />the Building and Safety Division. Such transformers shall be screened by <br />landscaping. All transformers shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits. The project developer shall attempt to locate <br />transformers at the rear of the site. Pad mounted transformers shall not be <br />installed in a PSE. <br />b. The project developer shall effectively screen from all first floor level views <br />all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical <br />equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with <br />materials architecturally compatible with the building. Screening details <br />shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the <br />adequacy of which shall be determined by the Director of Community <br />Development. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br />n <br />
