Disclose to all potential residents the proximity of the 1-580 freeway and that <br />high efficiency particulate air (NEPA) filters are required to be installed in all <br />living units constructed within 247 feet of southern edge of the existing <br />closest travel lane of the 1-580 freeway and maintained by the senior <br />continuing care community management. The HEPA air filters shall be <br />maintained by the senior continuing care community management in a good <br />condition, with the filters regularly changed by the management company as <br />recommended by the HEPA filter manufacturing company. The "southern <br />edge of the closest existing travel lane" shall be the closest southern edge <br />located immediately north of the project site at the time the project PUD was <br />approved by the City Council. <br />{end) <br />b. Establish procedures, including a phone number, so that the on-site <br />manager will be the initial contact to handle all HEPA filter complaints from <br />residents. <br />C.
