HENDRICK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP <br />The proposed development shall be in substantial conformance to the Development <br />Plans, Preliminary Lighting Analysis, Green Point Checklist, Project Narrative, Tree <br />Report, and Tree Replacement Plan dated Received February 2, 2009, Exhibit B, <br />and Transportation Management Plan (TSM) plan, and Plan to Reduce Air Pollution <br />from Stationary Sources dated May 14, 2009, Exhibit B, on file with the Planning <br />Division, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the <br />plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Director of Community <br />Development if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits, <br />Exhibits A -B, inclusive. <br />2. All conditions of approval related to car sales, leasing, rental, operation, <br />maintenance, painting, repair, washing, fuel dispensing, fluid changing, shall also <br />apply to motorcycles, boats, and recreational and commercial vehicles. <br />3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the plans shall be revised such that: <br />a. All plan sheets include a scale and scale bar. <br />b. . The top of the roof heights and top of the parapet heights are shown on all <br />elevation drawings. <br />A. Hours of Operation. The permitted uses shall be all auto sales, rental, leasing, service, <br />upholstery, minor touch up painting, washing, and fueling uses of the of the <br />CS (Service Commercial) District, and the following uses of the CS District: <br />Permitted Uses <br />(i.) Accessory uses located on the same site as a permitted use and the <br />following accessory structures and uses: <br />• Emergency standby electricity generators that meet the criteria for <br />such use in table 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />• Photovoltaic facilities. <br />3 <br />
