t <br />Resolution No. PC -2009-14 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds, after having reviewed and considered the material in the Final EIR for <br />the Project, that the Final EIR is complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the <br />Draft Pleasanton General Plan 2005-2025. <br />Section 2. Finds that the Final EIR for the Project has been completed in compliance <br />with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and State and City <br />guidelines. <br />Section 3. Recommends that the City Council certify the Final EIR for the Project, <br />attached as Exhibit A, with the changes set forth in Exhibit B. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF MAY 2009 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Commissioners Blank, Narum, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: <br />None. <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None. <br />RECUSED: <br />None. <br />ABSENT: <br />Commissioner O'Connor. <br />ATTEST <br />onna Decker <br />Secretary, Planning Commission <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
