EXHIBIT A <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PCUP-238, William Webster and Sandi Bohner <br />Little Valley Winery <br />739 Main Street, Suite J <br />April 15, 2009 <br />The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit B (the floor plans and written narrative), dated "Received, March 3, 2009," <br />on file with the Planning Division, except as modified by the following conditions <br />of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and schedule may be <br />approved by the Director of Community Development if found to be in substantial <br />conformance with the proposal. <br />2. The operation of the wine -tasting room shall be limited to: <br />Monday through Sunday: 10:00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m. <br />3. If additional activities beyond what is stated in the applicant's written narrative, <br />dated "March 3, 2009," on file in the Planning Division, are desired, prior City <br />review and approval is required. Such modifications may be approved by the <br />Director of Community Development if found to be in substantial conformance <br />with this approval. The Director of Community Development may also refer the <br />matter to the Planning Commission if the proposed changes would be significant. <br />4. Food shall be available when alcohol is being served. <br />5. The applicant shall provide sufficient space within the interior of the portion of the <br />leased space for sorting waste cardboard and glass for recycling, and shall <br />ensure that the accumulated materials are deposited at a recycling facility on a <br />weekly basis. The disposal of cardboard or glass items into the commercial <br />garbage stream by this use is expressly prohibited. <br />6. Employees shall not dispose of waste in the trash enclosure area prior to 8:00 <br />a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. <br />7. The applicant (or designated representative of the business) shall maintain the <br />area surrounding the wine -tasting room, outdoor areas, and parking lot in a clean <br />and orderly manner at all times. The applicant shall regularly monitor the area <br />outside of the wine -tasting room and outdoor area to ensure peace and quiet. <br />
