Resolution No. PC -2009-12 <br />Page Three <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use <br />would be compatible with the existing uses in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-238, the application of William Webster and Sandi <br />Bohner, Little Valley Winery, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a <br />wine -tasting room, retail store, and outdoor seating at 739 Main Street, <br />Suite J, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
