g. On pp. 8 and 10, the location of the sign and gooseneck lights shall be shown <br />higher to reflect that the signs and gooseneck lights will be installed on the <br />eave/overhang. <br />h. On p. 10, the overhang sign on the Division St. elevation shall be centered <br />over the storefront window. <br />i. On pp. 14-18, the sign program shall clarify that the sign borders for the wall, <br />overhang, and blade/undercanopy signs shall have green, white, gold, and/or <br />cream colors matching the color schemes shown on the sign details. <br />j. On pp. 14-18, 20, 21, and any other applicable page, indicate that the <br />background colors for the wall, overhang, blade/undercanopy, awning, and <br />window signs shall be muted and shall be complementary with the sign <br />border colors of the Master Sign Program and that the font and color of the <br />tenant's name shall be at the tenant's selection. <br />k. On pp. 14-18, 20, 21 and any other applicable page, indicate that logos shall <br />only be allowed for the Suite A tenant signs and that logos for any other <br />tenant shall require separate Sign Design Review approval by the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br />I. On p. 15, the installation detail shall be revised to accurately show the shape <br />and dimensions of the building eave/overhang. The mounting bracket shall <br />be revised, as necessary, to conform to the revised eave/overhang shape. <br />m. On p. 17, a specification sheet shall be included for the blade/undercanopy <br />sign lights. <br />n. The blade/undercanopy sign on the Main Street elevation shall be attached <br />on the northern wall of the building. An installation detail for this sign shall be <br />provided. <br />o. On p. 20, the sign program shall establish the maximum sign length and <br />height for the sloping portion of the awning and the maximum sign length for <br />the awning valence. <br />p. On pp. 10 and 20, the sign program shall clarify that the gooseneck lights for <br />the awning sign shall be mounted on the building eave/overhang between the <br />first and second floors. An installation detail for the lights shall be provided. <br />Said modifications shall be incorporated into a final edition of the Master Sign <br />Program which shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of <br />Community Development. <br />2 <br />
