The detail plan shall be submitted to the City Traffic <br />Engineer/Director of Community Development for review and approval prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. All construction shall be completed and finaled <br />prior to occupancy. <br />49. The project developer shall reconfigure the travel lanes on east -bound Dublin <br />Canyon Road from the project entrance to the intersection of Dublin Canyon <br />Road and Foothill Road. The width of the travel lanes shall be modified and that <br />a six-foot wide bicycle lane shall be established along the property frontage on <br />Dublin Canyon Road. The project developer shall pay for the project's pro rata share of the restriping of <br />Foothill Road between Dublin Canyon Road and Stoneridge Drive in order to <br />create a bicycle lane prior to the issuance of al building permit. The amount of <br />this pro rata share shall be determined by the City Engineer. <br />Engineering Requirements <br />51. The project developer shall construct sidewalk, curb, and gutter along the <br />frontage of the project site. The sidewalk, curb and gutter shall be constructed <br />per City of Pleasanton standards. Additionally, the applicant shall dedicate right- <br />of-way to the City of Pleasanton as reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />52. The project developer shall pay a pro -rata share as determined by the City <br />Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit for the design and installation <br />of a new 8eight-inch diameter sanitary sewer main in Stoneridge Mall Road <br />between Canyon Way to a point approximately 850 -feet to the south, including <br />the connection to the existing 8 inch sanitary sewer main. <br />53. The project engineer shall prepare a hydraulic analysis of the City's water system <br />to insure there is adequate pressure and volume to meet the Fire Department's <br />minimum requirements for the upper fire hydrant on the site and fire sprinklers <br />system for the restaurant from the water main in Dublin Canyon Road. If the <br />calculations shows there is not adequate pressure or volume the applicant shall <br />install a new water line in Dublin Canyon Road from the discharge line of the <br />Dublin Canyon Road water pump station (located between the project and <br />Farmer's Insurance building) to the project site unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />54. All utilities required to serve the proposed development on-site shall be installed <br />underground. <br />0 <br />
