7. The plans submitted for issuance of building permits shall include drawings and/or <br />manufacture's specification sheets showing the size, design, type, wattage, etc. of <br />the wall -mounted light fixture. Lighting shall be directed downward and include a <br />full cutoff design/shield so as to not shine on neighboring properties or roadways <br />and shall have the least luminosity while meeting the applicable ATM lighting <br />requirements. <br />8. If one or more of the existing foundation vents need to be relocated to <br />accommodate the ATM installation, the applicant shall show the relocation of the <br />vents on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. Said plans shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Director of Community Development and <br />Chief Building Official prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />9. All demolition and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br />to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. In addition, no construction shall be <br />allowed on State or Federal Holidays or Sundays. The Director of Community <br />Development may allow earlier "start -times" or later "stop -times" for specific <br />construction activities (e.g., concrete pouring), if it can be demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Community Development that the construction noise <br />and construction traffic noise will not affect nearby residents or businesses. All <br />construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise <br />standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br />Prior to construction, the applicant shall post the site as notification of allowable <br />hours for construction activity on the site. No inspections, plan check, material <br />delivery, staff assignment or coordination, etc., is allowed outside of these posted <br />hours. <br />1.0. Any damage to existing City street, sidewalk, planters, landscaping, irrigation, <br />lighting, flatwork, or other City improvements during construction shall be repaired <br />to the satisfaction of the Director of Community Development and City Engineer at <br />full expense to the applicant. This shall include, but not limited to slurry seal, <br />overlay, and street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />11. Prior to demolition or construction, the applicant's contractor(s) shall obtain an <br />encroachment permit from the City Engineer. <br />12. At no time shall the delivery of construction material, parking of construction <br />vehicles, or storage of construction material impede the flow of traffic on Main and <br />Division Streets unless temporary and approved by the City Engineer. <br />13. If the applicant wishes to store a construction trailer, construction materials, or <br />temporary fencing in the City right-of-way during construction, the applicant shall <br />submit a construction management plan for review and approval by the Director of <br />Community Development and City Engineer before issuance of a building permit. <br />The construction management plan shall show the proposed location of the <br />2 <br />
