Stormwater Operation Requirements <br />104. Unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer or Chief Building Official, the <br />developer and/or future homeowners association shall enter into a recorded <br />Stormwater Treatment Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement for <br />ongoing maintenance and reporting of required stormwater measures. These <br />measures may include, but are not limited to: <br />{end} <br />a. A mechanism shall be created, such as a homeowners association, to be <br />responsible for maintaining all private streets, private utilities, and other <br />privately owned common areas and facilities on the site including <br />stormwater treatment measures. These maintenance responsibilities shall <br />include implementing the maintenance plan, which is attached to the <br />Stormwater Treatment Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement. <br />This document shall be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and <br />recorded with the final map. <br />b. On-site storm drain inlets clearly marked and maintained with the words <br />"No Dumping — Drains to Bay." <br />20 <br />
