In addition to regulating the haul route to and from this project pursuant to PUD <br />Condition No. 106, the City Engineer shall regulate the hours of all truck traffic so <br />as to avoid conflicts with school traffic during peak school drop-off and pick-up <br />hours and shall preclude the use of the school loop road as a portion of the <br />approved haul route. <br />18. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at the full <br />expense of the project developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street <br />reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />19. Homes shall be equipped with an automatic residential fire suppression system <br />and may be required to provide an on-site water storage tank and water pressure <br />booster pump, subject to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official and Fire <br />Marshall. <br />20.
