Resolution No. PC -2008-10 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD -05-02M, the application of James <br />Happ/Northstar Realty Services, Inc. and Kenneth and Pamela Chrisman <br />for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan to replace <br />the approved production home designs with design guidelines for the <br />property located at 1944 Vineyard Avenue, in the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan Area, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
