Resolution No. PC -2008-10 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD -05-02M, the application of James <br />Happ/Northstar Realty Services, Inc. and Kenneth and Pamela Chrisman <br />for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan to replace <br />the approved production home designs with design guidelines for the <br />property located at 1944 Vineyard Avenue, in the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan Area, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2008 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Commissioners Fox, Narum, O'Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: <br />None. <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None. <br />RECUSED: <br />None. <br />ABSENT: <br />Commissioner Blank. <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna Decker Phil Blank <br />Secretary, Planning Commission Chair <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Julie Harryman <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />
