Construction Activities 25. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on- site excavation, all work shall stop and the City immediately notified. The County Coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall be notified and procedures followed as required by the California Environmental Quality Act. The proposed LEEDTm Green Building Checklist shall be shown on the first or second page of the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. The sheet number(s) where each checklist item is addressed in the plan set shall be noted on the checklist. All proposed green building measures shall be shown throughout the plan set, as appropriate, as determined by the Planning Director and the Chief Building Official. 32. The Building and Safety Division may require special plan check or inspections for the green building measures proposed. If required, the applicant shall provide verification to the Planning Department clearly stating that the Building and Safety Division approved all applicable requirements relating to green building measures. Said verification shall be provided prior to occupancy. 33.
