The dimensions of the parking stalls shall be clearly shown in the plans <br />submitted for the issuance of a building permit. <br />79. No truck parking, loading, or unloading shall occur on Boulder Street or Boulder <br />Court. <br />80. The project developer shall work with Public Works to determine the best <br />construction haul route. No hauling truck shall go through Valley Business Park. <br />81. A traffic report and/or traffic mitigation measures may be required if the use of the <br />project site changes, as determined by the Planning Director and the Traffic <br />Division. <br />82. A drainage plan for the remaining portion of the site shall be submitted to the City <br />Engineer for review and approval prior to issuance of any permit.
