9. Overhead utilities serving the existing home to remain shall be <br />underground as part of the subdivision improvements. The applicant shall <br />convert this home from overhead services to underground. <br />10. The applicant shall pay a pro -rata share as determined by the City <br />Engineer (prior to the approval of the final map) of the undergrounding of <br />the overhead utility lines along the Angela Street frontage. <br />11. The applicant shall post with the City prior to approval of final map, an <br />additional performance bond for all subdivision improvements that are not <br />to be accepted by the City of Pleasanton (private subdivision <br />improvements). <br />12. This subdivision map approval will lapse and become void two years from <br />the date of approval unless a final subdivision map has been recorded or <br />an extension has been approved by the City. <br />[end] <br />6 <br />
