<br />Resolution No. PC-99-63 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-99-06, the application of Brian McGuire for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 7.37 <br />acres into a nine-lot residential development located on Clara Lane (immediately <br />south ofthe Lutz parcel), subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-99-08, the application of Kenneth Gooch for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 2.75 <br />acres into a four-lot residential development located at 2756 Vineyard Avenue, <br />subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-99-09, the application of Clara Nevis for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 7.34 <br />acres into a seven-lot residential development located at 2546 Vineyard Avenue, <br />subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-99-IO, the application of Robert and Sandra <br />Lutz for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to <br />subdivide 2.51 acres into a four-lot residential development located at the <br />southeast corner of Vineyard Avenue and Clara Lane, subject to the conditions <br />shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-99-12, the application of Frank and Lillian <br />Jardin for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to <br />subdivide 2.66 acres into a three-lot residential development located at 751 Clara <br />Lane, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
