<br />Resolution No. PC-99-56 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />property lines and easements and shall include all required information to design <br />and construct site, grading, paving, drainage, and utilities. Specific items to be <br />indicated on the site development plan necessary to construct the improvements <br />are to be in accordance with the City of Pleasant on Private Development Design <br />Guidelines adopted April 15, 1986. <br /> <br />8. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No construction shall be allowed <br />on Federal holidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards <br />and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />9. A color/materials board shall be submitted and approved by the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of a building permit for the house addition. <br />
