Employee vehicles, including pizza delivery vehicles, shall park on the north side of the subject building, within the parking stalls directly adjacent to Valley Avenue when available. The delivery drivers shall carry the pizzas to their cars and exclusively use the driveways on Valley Avenue, to enter and exit the parking lot. 9. Delivery of supplies to the restaurant shall occur only between the hours of8:00 am to 9:00 p.m. 10. The applicants shall keep the rear door closed during business hours, including any time before or after business hours when employees are present, except to allow for employee ingress/egress. 11. The applicants shall effectively screen from view all new ducts, heating and air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. 12. All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise emanating from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject property in a normal environment for that zoning district. 13. No outside washing of floor mats, containers, equipment, etc. shall be conducted. 14. All proposed signs for the restaurant shall conform with the approved sign program for the shopping center. Approval by the Planning Department is required prior to installation of any signs. {end}
