<br />Resolution No. PC-99-55 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />8. Employee vehicles, including pizza delivery vehicles, shall park on the north side <br />of the subject building, within the parking stalls directly adjacent to Valley Avenue <br />when available. The delivery drivers shall carry the pizzas to their cars and <br />exclusively use the driveways on Valley Avenue, to enter and exit the parking lot. <br /> <br />9. Delivery of supplies to the restaurant shall occur only between the hours of8:00 <br />am to 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />10. The applicants shall keep the rear door closed during business hours, including any <br />time before or after business hours when employees are present, except to allow <br />for employee ingress/egress. <br /> <br />11. The applicants shall effectively screen from view all new ducts, heating and air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the <br />structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted <br />for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the <br />Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />12. All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise <br />emanating from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />13. No outside washing of floor mats, containers, equipment, etc. shall be conducted. <br /> <br />14. All proposed signs for the restaurant shall conform with the approved sign <br />program for the shopping center. Approval by the Planning Department is <br />required prior to installation of any signs. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
