Ammunition shall not be sold to a customer who is receiving a purchased firaearm( s) <br />until the purchased firearm(s) is stored in the customer's vehicle. <br /> <br />18. No employee or customer shall load a firearm with ammunition or physically <br />demonstrate how to load a firearm with live ammunition. No firearm shall be loaded <br />with ammunition at any time. <br /> <br />19. Within ninety (90) days of the approval of this case, Case UP-99-08, the applicant shall <br />install a video camera which monitors customers coming to and from the firearm display <br />area and the firearms displayed. <br /> <br />20. If the applicant wishes to relocate the firearm sales to a different building, the applicant <br />shall secure a new conditional use permit to relocate into the new tenant space or building <br />prior to occupying the tenant space or building. <br /> <br />21. All firearm ammunition shall be displayed in a locked case or shall be located behind the <br />handgun display counter out of a customer's reach. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
