<br />Resolution No. PC-99-32 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />shrubbery designed by species and planting density to establish a complete screen <br />within one year from the date of planting. Weather protection devices such as <br />measures to protect pipes from freezing shall require approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to use; at no time shall fabric or other material not designed and/ or <br />intended for this purpose be wrapped around or otherwise placed on these devices. <br />All backflow prevention devices shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits together with screening mechanism and/ or weather <br />protection devices. Proposed screening and weather protection devices shall be <br />reviewed for conformity to these requirements and approved by the Planning <br />Director. <br /> <br />35. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures architecturally <br />compatible with the main structure. The materials and color of the enclosure walls <br />shall match the building walls and the gates shall be corrugated metal or solid <br />wood. The location and design of the enclosures shall be shown on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits, shall be consistent with Conditions #62 <br />and 82, and shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Director and Fire <br />Chief. Trash containers shall be stored within the enclosure at all times, except <br />when being unloaded. <br /> <br />36. All parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the <br />spaces are fronted by concrete curbs, in which case sufficient areas shall be <br />provided beyond the ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of <br />automobiles. <br /> <br />Construction Activities <br /> <br />37. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise approved by <br />the Planning Director and the Hacienda Owners Association. All construction <br />equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />38. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />39. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from <br />existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent <br />odor. <br />
