<br />Resolution No. PC-98-90 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />45. The applicants shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of <br />Building Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the <br />time specified by the Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading <br />permit. <br /> <br />46. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />47. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on <br />computer disk in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall <br />be submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs <br />and architectural information as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />48. The applicants shall install an automatic fire sprinkler system for the hotel <br />building. The sprinkler system shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance <br />of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Fire Chief <br />and Director of Building Inspection prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />49. Fire alarm and detection systems are required subject to the review and approval <br />by the Fire Chief. Detailed plans showing the facility layout, including ceiling <br />heights, office areas, storage plans and heights, etc. shall be submitted by the <br />applicants to the Fire Chief prior to installation of said systems. <br /> <br />50. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly <br />visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time <br />hours. <br /> <br />51. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br />20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />52. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final <br />inspection. <br /> <br />53. Two on-site fire hydrants shall be provided at this site. Approval for the type and <br />location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the <br />City Engineer. <br />
