Resolution No. PC-98-90 Page 3 EXHIBIT "B" Conditions of Approval Case PUD-81-30-77D Homestead Village Hotel PLANNING 1. The proposed development shall conform substantially to the site plan, floor plan, landscape plan, elevations, wall sections and details, sign details, grading plan, utility plan, and color board, Exhibit "A", dated Received November 12, 1998", on file with the Plarming Department, except as modified by these conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance with the approved exhibits. 2. The applicants shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the project prior to the commencement of construction. 3. The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject prior to issuance of building permits. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the building permit is issued. 4. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. 5. The applicants shall make the following modifications/revisions to the building design/architecture: a. At the eastern and southwestern ends of the building, the approximately 18 1/2 ft. wide center portion of the wall (between the outermost vertical score lines) shall project out approximately 8 to 12 inches from the remainder of the building wall. In addition, the projecting portion of the wall shall be painted with the darker taupe body color, consistent with the other projecting areas of the building. b. Window treatments, consistent with the other building windows, shall be added to the two windows on the eastern end of the building. c. The design of the corridor door at the east end of the building shall be improved to make it look more like a main entry door.
