This inspection shall include an air pressure test, at <br /> <br /> which time the gas piping shall stand a pressure of not less than <br /> <br />~fifteen (15) pounds per square inch gauge pressure, and shall <br /> hold this pressure for a length of time satisfactory to the <br /> administrative authority, but in no case for less than fifteen <br /> (15) minutes with no perceptible drop in pressure. <br /> <br /> ii) The final piping inspection shall be <br /> made after all piping authorized by the permit has been installed <br /> and after all portions thereof which are to be covered are con- <br /> cealed and after any fixture, appliance, or shutoff valve has been <br /> attached thereto. <br /> <br /> 3) In cases where the work authorized by the <br /> permit consists of a minor installation of additional piping to <br /> piping already connected to a gas meter, the foregoing inspections <br /> may be waived at the discretion of the administrative authority. <br /> In this event the administrative authority shall make such <br /> inspection as he deems advisable in order to assure himself that <br /> the work has been performed in accordance with the intent of this <br /> chapter. <br /> <br /> Article 3 <br /> Enclosures <br /> <br /> 22-18.59 Fencing of swimming pools required <br /> <br /> (a) All swimming pools within the City shall be <br /> <br /> fenced with an approved fence as provided in this article. <br /> <br /> 1) An approved fence shall meet the following <br /> <br />~i~requirements: <br /> <br /> i) Every person in possession of land <br /> <br />~!within the City, either as an owner, purchaser under contract, <br /> lessee, tenant, licensee, or otherwise~ upon which land is <br /> <br /> situated a swimming pool or other out-of-doors body of water, <br />~designated, constructed, and used for swimming dipping, or <br /> <br /> <br />
