Resolution No. PC-98-67 Page 12 70. The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No Dumping -- Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. On-site storm drain facilities shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediately prior to October 15 and once in January. Additional cleaning may be required iffound necessary by the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection 71. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for Site 57, the applicant shall submit a lot line adjustment application for approval by the City to merge the Parcels 57A, 57B, and 57C. 72. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the office buildings on Site 57, an agreement shall be entered into between the developer and the City which specifies that should the City's Traffic Engineer determine that the right-turn lane into the PeopleSoft headquarters building on Hacienda Drive is needed, the developer shall install the right-turn lane within a time frame determined by the Traffic Engineer. 73. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the office buildings on Site 57, an agreement shall be entered into between the developer and the City which specifies that should the transportation corridor be converted to transportation uses, the Owens Drive driveway located in the corridor shall be relocated to the satisfaction of the City's Traffic Engineer within a time frame determined by the Traffic Engineer. {end}
