The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No Dumping -- <br />Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. On-site storm drain facilities <br />shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediately prior to October 15 <br />and once in January. Additional cleaning may be required iffound necessary by the City <br />Engineer/Director of Building Inspection <br /> <br />71. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for Site 57, the applicant shall submit a lot line <br />adjustment application for approval by the City to merge the Parcels 57A, 57B, and 57C. <br /> <br />72. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the office buildings on Site 57, an agreement <br />shall be entered into between the developer and the City which specifies that should the <br />City's Traffic Engineer determine that the right-turn lane into the PeopleSoft headquarters <br />building on Hacienda Drive is needed, the developer shall install the right-turn lane <br />within a time frame determined by the Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />73. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the office buildings on Site 57, an agreement <br />shall be entered into between the developer and the City which specifies that should the <br />transportation corridor be converted to transportation uses, the Owens Drive driveway <br />located in the corridor shall be relocated to the satisfaction of the City's Traffic Engineer <br />within a time frame determined by the Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
