The metal mechanical equipment screen material used on the nursing wing shall <br />match the material used on the lobby structure. <br /> <br />9, Within six months of the design review approval, the applicant shall prepare a <br />program of alternative transportation measures including, but not limited to, <br />rideshare matching and subsidies/rewards, preferential parking, alternative work <br />hours, and carpooling/vanpooling and the means by which these measures will be <br />"marketed" to ValleyCare employees for review and approval by the City's TSM <br />Coordinator. This program shall be mutually agreed upon between the City and <br />ValleyCare and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />10. The project developer shall extend a driveway aisle from the parking area located <br />along the southwest side of the proposed nursing wing to the receiving area. The <br />driveway aisle shall be designed and installed according to the requirements of the <br />Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />Building and Site Design Requirements: <br /> <br />I I. The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the <br />structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted <br />for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the <br />Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />12, All parking spaces shall be striped. <br /> <br />13. Building materials and colors shall match the materials and colors of the existing <br />hospital and medical office buildings. Building materials and colors shall be stated <br />on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. <br />
