The metal mechanical equipment screen material used on the nursing wing shall match the material used on the lobby structure. 9, Within six months of the design review approval, the applicant shall prepare a program of alternative transportation measures including, but not limited to, rideshare matching and subsidies/rewards, preferential parking, alternative work hours, and carpooling/vanpooling and the means by which these measures will be "marketed" to ValleyCare employees for review and approval by the City's TSM Coordinator. This program shall be mutually agreed upon between the City and ValleyCare and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning Commission. 10. The project developer shall extend a driveway aisle from the parking area located along the southwest side of the proposed nursing wing to the receiving area. The driveway aisle shall be designed and installed according to the requirements of the Fire Marshall. Building and Site Design Requirements: I I. The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. 12, All parking spaces shall be striped. 13. Building materials and colors shall match the materials and colors of the existing hospital and medical office buildings. Building materials and colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits.
