<br /> <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />UP-97-70 <br />Exhibit "C", Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />Per Planning Commission <br />July 29, 1998 <br /> <br />I. Approval of this application shall be contingent upon approval of the PUD Rezon- <br />ing and Development Plan, Case PUD-97-l4. <br /> <br />2. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be <br />utilized on the site except as allowed by Section l8.96.060K of the Zoning Ordi- <br />nance for grand openings or by Section 18.116.040 of the Zoning Ordinance if ap- <br />proved by temporary conditional use permit as part of a decorating plan in <br />conjunction with shopping center promotional events. At no time shall spot light- <br />ing be used after 10:00 PM in conjunction with such grand openings and/or pro- <br />motional events. <br /> <br />3. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, <br />lighting, littering, or other impacts, either within the development itself or by its <br />customers in the vicinity of the development, at the discretion of the Planning Di- <br />rector, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify <br />or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said condi- <br />tional use permit. <br /> <br />4. The following requirements shall apply to the sale of beer and wine from the con- <br />venience market covered by this conditional use permit: <br /> <br />a.
