The applicant shall secure a new use permit for the preschool prior to construction of the <br />parking lot expansion shown on Sheet 4 of the church's approved development plans <br />(Case Z-96-275/UP-97-5). The new application shall indicate a new location for the tot <br />lot. <br /> <br />8. The preschool operator shall maintain the area surrounding the school in a clean and <br />orderly manner. <br /> <br />9. At the time that the State-authorized agency inspects the expanded facility, the applicant <br />shall submit in writing to the Planning Director the exact number of children for which <br />the facility has been licensed and any special conditions or requirements which the <br />agency has placed on the facility. Such conditions or requirements of such State license <br />shall be a condition ofthis use permit as well. The preschool operator shall ensure that <br />its State license is current at all times. <br /> <br />10. During the mandatory parent orientation and on a regular basis thereafter, the applicant <br />shall inform the parents of the preschool children that Del Valle Parkway to Main Street <br />or Hopyard Road is the approved route to the preschool and of the importance of <br />carpooling to and from the subject site, obeying the posted speed limits, being courteous <br />to the neighbors during drop off and pick up times, and of following the proposed on-site <br />circulation pattern as described in the written narrative dated "Received July 7, 1998", on <br />file with the Planning Department. Parents shall be specifically told not to use Harvest <br />Road or other internal Pleasanton Valley street unless they live in or carpool with those <br />who live in Pleasanton Valley south of Valley Road. <br /> <br />II. Prior to commencement of the use, the applicant shall arrange for a site visit by and <br />receive all necessary approvals from the Fire Department. <br /> <br />12. The preschool shall operate in compliance with all City noise regulations (Chapter 9 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />{end} <br />
