<br />Resolution No. PC-98-60 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />UP-97-20 <br />Valley Community Church <br />(July 29, 1998) <br /> <br />I. The proposed preschool shall operate in substantial conformance with the written <br />narratives, site plan, and floor plan, Exhibit "A", dated "Received May I, 1998", <br />"Received July 7, 1998", and "Received July 21, 1998" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans <br />may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in <br />substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. Unless modified by these conditions, all conditions of approval for the previously <br />approved design review and use permit (Case Z-96-275/UP-97-5) shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />3. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other <br />factors, at the discretion on the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may <br />revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />4. If additional activities are desired beyond those identified in the written narratives, dated <br />"Received May 1, 1998" and "Received July 7, 1998" on file with the Planning <br />Department, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning <br />Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />5. The preschool class schedule shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Session I (a maximum total of 55 children with a maximum of 30 students in any of the <br />two following time slots): 9:15 AM to 11:45 AM and 9:30 AM to noon <br /> <br />Session 2 (a maximum total of 55 children with a maximum of30 students in any of the <br />two following time slots): 1:15 PM to 3:45 PM and 1:30 PM to 4 PM <br /> <br />6. Outdoor recess for the preschool shall be limited to the existing tot lot on the site. A <br />maximum of 30 students shall be able to use the lot at anyone time. <br />
