This change shall be shown on the improvement plans <br />to the satisfaction of the Planning Director and City Engineer before approval of the first <br />final map. The soundwall shall be located on private property and shall be maintained by <br />this development's owners association as specified under Ordinance No. 1749. <br /> <br />19. The easterly curb-line and right-of-way of Trevor Parkway near its intersection with <br />Stoneridge Drive shall be realigned to provide a smoother transition around the median <br />island located in Trevor Parkway. This change shall be shown on the improvement plans to <br />the satisfaction of the Planning Director and the City Engineer before recordation of the <br />first final map. <br /> <br />20. The project developer shall construct a masonry soundwall in place of the open fence <br />shown on the tentative map. This change shall be shown on the improvement plans to the <br />satisfaction of the Planning Director. <br />
