<br />Resolution No. PC-98-55 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Vesting Tentative Map 7008 <br /> <br />1. Development shall be substantially as shown on the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7008, <br />Exhibit "A", dated "Received, July 2,1998" on file with the Planning Department, except <br />as modified by these conditions. Minor alterations may be approved by the Planning <br />Director if found to be in substantial compliance with this approval. <br /> <br />2. All conditions of approval for PUD-91-1 I-3M shall remain in effect and in full force and <br />are herein incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. Approval of this vesting tentative map shall lapse if the developer fails to record a final <br />map within one (I) year of the date of its approval. <br /> <br />4. The first final map shall include Lot "A", the recreation area and Lot "B", the area to be <br />dedicated to LA VWMA. <br /> <br />5. With construction of the units located northerly of Dennis Drive, the project developer shall <br />construct temporary connections for emergency vehicles from Wisteria Circle and Chicory <br />Circle to Stoneridge Drive. The design of these connections shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director, City Engineer, and the Fire Marshall for review before construction. <br />Temporary connections shall be secured with gates provided with "Knox-Box" keys as <br />required by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> <br />6. Lots 130 through 143 shall be the last final map approved and recorded for this <br />development. <br /> <br />7. If the City decides to extend Stoneridge Drive eastward, the project developer shall revise <br />the layout of Lots 112 through 128 so that Wisteria Circle and Chicory Circle follow a loop <br />street configuration with an Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) provided from one of the <br />loop streets to Stoneridge Drive to the satisfaction of the Planning Director, City Engineer, <br />and Fire Marshall. The project developer shall submit revised lotting and improvement <br />plans for review by the Planning Director, City Engineer, and Fire Marshall, <br />Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department before approval of the final map. <br /> <br />8. With recordation of the first final map, the project developer shall execute with the City of <br />Pleasanton an open offer of dedication over the area shown for Lots 130 through 143 and <br />for portions of Wisteria Circle and Chicory Circle for the possible extension of Stoneridge <br />Drive easterly across the site to the Kaiser site. The terms and timing of the open offer of <br />dedication shall be as described in Ordinance No. 1749 for PUD-91-11-3M, and shall be <br />submitted to the City Attorney for review and approval before recordation of the final map. <br />
