The proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under <br />which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or <br />improvements in the vicinity. <br /> <br />The location of the off-site parking lot is within 300 feet of the site and <br />uses which it is to serve, in accordance with Municipal Code Section <br />18.88.050. The lot will be used for employees working in the building at <br />992 Main Street. Limited use, security precautions, and limitations on <br />lighting will ensure the public health, safety, and welfare and ensure that <br />nearby properties are not detrimentally affected by the proposed use. <br /> <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />The proposed parking lot would be located in the Central Commercial <br />zoning district, if the proposed rezoning of the site is approved by the City <br />Council. Conditions of approval require that the proposed parking lot <br />comply with all applicable provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code in <br />relation to City development standards, access, parking stall size, security <br />lighting, applicable building codes, etc. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed parking lot is appropriate <br />for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case UP-98-0l/Z-98-149, the application ofMt. Diablo National Bank <br />for conditional use permit and design review approvals to construct a 29-space <br />parking lot located at 4287 Stanley Boulevard for use by Mt. Diablo National <br />Bank employees and other employees working in the building located at 992 <br />Main Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
