<br />Resolution No. PC-98-38 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />The site's in-fill character necessitates the PUD zoning for its <br />development. The proposed plan will comply substantially with the <br />purpose ofthe PUD District by allowing for a three-lot, small-scale <br />development on a site which otherwise could not be subdivided.
