<br />7 The applicant shall grant the City a sanitary sewer easement over the existing sanitary sewer running <br />along the east property line between Stanley Boulevard and Vervais A venue. <br /> <br />8 The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share of the undergrounding of the overhead utility lines on Stanley <br />Boulevard as determined by the City Engineer. Currently, this is estimated at 50 percent of the project <br />frontage. <br />
