Diablo National Bank RZ-98-1 / Z-98-19 <br /> <br />Please add the following Engineering conditions of approval to those listed on Exhibit B attached to your staff <br />report: <br /> <br />I The applicant shall prepare street design plans for Santa Rita Road between Vervais Avenue and Stanley <br />Boulevard to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Planning Director to allow for an additional right <br />tum lane / bike lane for north bound Santa Rita Road at Stanley Boulevard, and a 10 foot wide <br />monolithic sidewalk. The applicant shall dedicate all necessary right-of-way to widen Santa Rita Road <br />across the project limits in accordance with these plans and shall construct said improvements. <br /> <br />2 The applicant shall prepare street design plans including monolithic sidewalk for Stanley Boulevard and <br />Vervais A venue across the project frontage to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Planning <br />Director. The applicant shall dedicate all necessary right-of-way to widen Stanley Boulevard and <br />Vervais Avenue across the project limits in accordance with these plans and shall construct said <br />improvements. <br /> <br />3 The applicant shall post the driveway on Stanley Boulevard to allow only right turns out, unless <br />otherwise approved by the City engineer. <br /> <br />4 The applicant shall utilize the existing utilities stubbed to the site, unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. No new street cuts for utilities shall be permitted. If the existing utility lines stubbed to the site <br />are not utilized, the line shall be abandoned as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />5 The existing utility boxes along the project frontage shall be relocated at the applicant's expense behind <br />the new curb. This work shall be included as part of the improvement plans for the frontage <br />improvements. <br /> <br />6 The applicant shall be responsible for the design and modification of the traffic signal at the intersection <br />of Stanley Boulevard and Santa Rita Road to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />
