Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plasterers operations do not <br />discharge wash water into street gutters or drains. <br /> <br />h. Construction access routes shall be limited to those approved by the City Engineer <br />or Building Inspector and shall be shown on the approved grading plan. <br /> <br />Fire Protection: <br /> <br />27. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />28. The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />29. The building owner/developer shall ensure that fire protection facilities including a water <br />supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow is installed and serviceable prior to <br />and during the time of construction. <br /> <br />Grading and Engineering Design: <br /> <br />30. A final grading and storm drainage plan shall be submitted with the building permit plan <br />set for review and approval by the City Engineer and the Planning Director before <br />issuance of a building permit. The grading and drainage plan shall be designed by a <br />California State licensed Civil Engineer and shall include, but not be limited to, the <br />following information: <br /> <br />a. Pad and finished floor elevations; <br /> <br />b. Existing and proposed contours; <br /> <br />c. Top and bottom spot elevations along retaining walls and exterior walls of the <br />structures; and, <br /> <br />d. Calculations of total cut, fill, and graded surface area for the structure, parking <br />and driveways. <br /> <br />31. The building owner/developer shall design a drainage system which directly ties into an <br />approved City storm drain system. The building owner/developer shall provide the <br />design of this storm drain connection to the Planning Director and City Engineer for <br />review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit for this project. <br />
