Presentation of proclamation declaring October as National Bullying Prevention Month and October 25, 2017 as Unity Day Councilmember Brown invited Youth Commissioner Kate Inman to the podium and presented her with a proclamation declaring October as National Bullying Prevention Month and October 25, 2017 as Unity Day.
