The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, floor plan, written <br />narrative, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received" February 12, 1998), <br />on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or <br />other impacts, at the discretion ofthe Planning Director, this conditional use <br />permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a <br />public hearing. Ifnecessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />3. If additional hours of operation or activities beyond that proposed in the written <br />narrative, dated "Received" February 12, 1998 on file with the Planning <br />Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such <br />modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the <br />matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />4. Students shall primarily use the restrooms on the 4444 Black Avenue Carden West <br />School site. If students need to use the restroom in the 4466 Black Avenue office <br />building, they shall be accompanied by an adult when going to and from the office <br />building restroom. <br /> <br />5. This use permit shall expire on August 31,1999, unless an extension is granted by <br />the City. <br /> <br />6. Music classes shall only be conducted within the school's multipurpose building at <br />4444 Black Avenue. Music classes shall be scheduled to occur directly before or <br />after the students' lunch or recess times to reduce the number of student trips <br />between 4444 and 4466 Black Avenue. <br /> <br />7. Drop-offfPick-up of students shall only occur in the front or rear parking spaces on <br />the Lynnewood United Methodist Church property at 4444 Black Avenue or in the <br />parking spaces directly in front (east) of the school's tenant space (Suite A) in the <br />office building at 4466 Black Avenue. At no time shall students be <br />dropped-off/picked-up within the office building drive aisle. <br />
